GALL - WILLIAMS Genealogy 1953

  • 2000

By Olive Gail Newcomer

This is the Gall and Williams family genealogy, including a chronology of the life of Fenton Gall, who lived from 1862 to 1948. He married Carra Pew in October, 1903. Both are buried in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania. He had collected information on the family and it was continued upon his death. They are the author's parents. We see information on the Gall Family Reunion Association of Ohio, with a memorial of George Gall, of whom those in this line descended. He was a soldier in the Revolutionary War. We're given a brief sketch on the Roads family as well. The Galls and Roads were of German descent, the Williams ancestors probably came from Wales or England. Information on The Oath of Allegiance in Penna is shown. In Berks County, PA nearly every man took the Oath. Typescript.
