George Adams II was born in Watertown in 1647 and later raised in Lancaster. He married Martha Fiske in 1683/84 and together they had eight children. Following the abandonment of Lancaster, they moved to Cambridge Farms. George Adams IV, a descendant, married Mary Woodward and had children named Elizabeth, Sarah, Becca, Mary, Daniel, and Joel. George IV Adams passed away in 1789, while Mary Woodward lived until 1832.

George Adams I faced legal issues in 1653 for selling guns to Indians and was fined. He was later whipped and released from prison due to his inability to pay the fine. Additionally, there were various marriages recorded in Westminister, Worcester Co., MA, involving individuals like Benjamin Harrington, Moses Pratt, and others. These marriage records provide insights into the historical family connections in the region during that time.

The events of April 18-19, 1775, included troops following a road back to Menotomy and retreating to Charlestown. Colonel Smith's route from Boston to Concord was noted, as well as Percy's route to support the British troops. The remaining British troops retreated to Lexington, marking a significant moment in the early stages of the American Revolutionary War.
