This booklet came about on the centennial anniversary of the massacre at Wyoming. The sad story heard by a child at her grandmother's side, of the events of that terrible day when her husband, Lieutenant Aaron Gaylord was killed by Indians and she fled with her three children to friends in Connecticut. We see the history of this branch of the Gaylord family, together with the incident of the Wyoming Massacre and the descendants of Aaron and Catherine Gaylord. (Softcover)
