This is the William Corwin family, descendants of William Corwin, Sr.,  of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He was born about 1754, and married Mary Betsy Cooper about 1774. He was a blacksmith, a farmer, and served as a drummer for the State Troops during the Revolutionary War.
