By Harold Clarke Durrell
This is the Durrell family Genealogy; we see Moses Durrell of Gloucester, Massachusetts, who was a servant or employee of Robert Eiwell. He entered the military service of the colony as Moses Duday, marched with company in 1675, continued warfare against the Indians. As the early records in New England show, was spelled Duday, Duby, and Durin. And we see descendants of Peter of Newton, Mass., (having land in 1743). Typescript.
