This book presents the Gott family descendants, with a focus on Robert and Lydia (Nichols) Gott and through their son William Nichols Gott and his wife Jane Maddox. The first Robert Gott, is listed as arriving in America about 1669, living near Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The Gotts appear in the early English records and later as residents of York shire and Kent.
