Information on the ancestral lineage of the Green family is recorded in this book, with a focus on the line of Timothy Sr and Eunice (Ellsworth) Green. Timothy Sr was born in August, 1723 - the place of birth is unknown. He died in 1796 and is buried in Amherst Centre Cemetery. He was a patriotic man, firm and consistent in his religious convictions and habits and gave freely for the support of the church. Eunice was born in Windsor, CT in March, 1717 and died in Amherst in 1792. She was daughter of Sergeant Thomas Ellsworth of Windsor.  Descendants are recorded from 1712-1901.
