This is an account of the Greer family showing nine generations of descendants, and showing related families Sanders, Sims, Glenn, Christmas, Smith, Ferris and Carver of the Carolinas and Virginia. Thomas Greer was born in 1710 and came to America in about 1740 from Ireland. He married Susanna Carver and settled in Fayetteville, NC.
