This book provides an account of the ancestry of the Messenger and Hendrickson families and descendants. Andrew Messenger was among the first to settle in Greenwich, Connecticut in 1640. He was one of ten to agree to inform the governor and council against Quakers. Through his line is John Messenger and Ruth Rhodes.  Abraham Hendrickson and Elizabeth Ludlam lived in Queens County, New York.
