  • 1200

This book provides a record of some descendants of John Hoskins, (born about 1585) who came from Plymouth, England, to America, in 1630. He was a Baron in Herefordshire, England and fled with others to America during the period of Charles I, the king who taxed the rich to furnish ships. The name had various spellings that included Hoskyns, Hoskon, Honsking, Harskins, and many more. Included is a poem that was written for the 50th Reunion Celebration of descendants of Asa Hoskins and Hitty Clark. These reunions and records took place from 1904-1956.
