A genealogy of the Howes family in America, with their English history, and showing the ancestral descendants of John and Mary  Howes of Montgomery Co., Maryland. There were three brothers Captain Edward Howse, James Howse, and John Howse, of which these descendants are recorded, and a sister, Sarah Howse.  They were living in Montgomery Co., Maryland in 1778 as shown on a "Oath of Fidelity and Support to the State of Maryland". They had ten children born in Montgomery Co., MD.
