This book presents a history of the Huddleston family in Europe and America. The name also spelled as Hodelston, Huttleston, Huddelson, and others. The first Huddleston in Virginia and in America was Captain John, who served the Virginia Company, as Master of the Bona Nova in 1620. He had tracts of land near Jamestown. We see a brief sketch on other early Huddlestons, records on Robert and Thomas of Buckingham Cty, VA, their descendants, and other groups with allied relationships by marriage.
