 This three volume set takes a deep dive into the English families and the Humphreys family branches in America. Descendants of Michael who settled in Windsor, Connecticut prior to 1643. Descendants of Jonas, 1634 in Mass, Daniel in Philadelphia and genealogical records related to Hugh Humphreys of New York on the Hudson River.

Volume 2 begins with Solomon Humphrey was born Aug 2, 1753. He married Lucy Cornish in 1772, and second married Hannah Owen Brown. He lived in West Simsbury, Bristol, and Barkhamsted, CT. He was a Revolutionary soldier who drew a pension. Volume 3 shows us Jonas Humphrey, of England, and of Dorchester, Massachusetts and his descendants.
