This is a record of the ancestors and descendants of Asa Irish (1793-1881) and Patience Rankins, both of Limerick, Maine, who were married in November, 1813. Asa is the fourth generation from James Irish who came from England to America about 1710. James  Irish and his wife, Mary Gorham Phinney Irish covering the years from 1620-1932.
