Spot on! Even though Higginson should not, and would not be judged for the content of the authors work, at least by me. The work of the author was exemplary, and your printing and shipping was excellent, as it always was with your previous owner, I have purchased a couple dozen family histories and have always been more than satisfied. Since we are being honest There is one thing that I wish you could come up with a better solution for, and that is; "I wish there was some way that the customers would have a way, for sure, that your volume contained the family members they are looking for. Possibly a general review of a few of the prominent family members covered in the work." I have purchased 3 volumes through the years that contained no useful info pertinent to my family lines, even though I made my best guess.
