William Arnold, one of the thirteen original proprietors of Providence, was born in 1589 and was later a citizen of Hingham, Massachusetts. He had four children and this book tells of the line of descendants that follows him which includes 1,500+ individuals from the Cooke, Harris, and Mowry families.
