Edward Bailey, progenitor of the Baileys of South Jersey, was born in England about 1745 and came to America, specifically Delaware, about 1795 with his family and in 1799 it is recorded that they were in South Jersey. This book includes eight generational lines of descendants of the Baileys of Baileytown, New Jersey as well as illustrations of certain ancestors and other ancestries.
