
CAHOON: History of the Cahoon Family ?1910?

The history and descendants of the Cahoon Family in England and America and especially Joseph Cahoon, first settler of Dover, Ohio. He came with his wife and children in a covered wagon drawn by four horse to Cuyahoga County, Dover Township in Ohio. There they settled in October 1810. Rose Hill was their homestead. Fifty years later a great reunion of relatives was held. One hundred years later in August, 1910 a centennial celebration took place.
