This book provides the Doty Family history and genealogy. Edward Doty, the family emigrant, came to America on the Mayflower in 1620. He was twenty-one years old and joined with the Stephen Hopkins family. He became a land owner. In 1634 he married Faith Clarke. The Doty name was also spelled Dotten, Dotey, Doten, Doughty and more. Edward Doty died at age fifty-six at Plymouth, Massachusetts in August, 1665. Enclosed is his will and the inventory of his estate.
