This is the genealogy of the Fitts or Fitz family in America, beginning with Robert and his wife Grace, being among the original settlers of Salisbury, Massachusetts. On the land record is "Robert Fitt, Planter" as he signed it. He died in 1665, leaving wife and son, Abraham.
