Here in Vol I we have the genealogy of the descendants of Thomas French, who came to America from England and settled in Berlinton (Burlington) West New Jersey. He was one of the original proprietors, with William Penn and others. He was a Quaker, an active member of the Society of Friends, enduring persecuton and fortitude.  Numerous illustrations are given.
