William Hyslop Fuller

This is the Fuller family genealogy, showing the record and descendants of Dr. Samuel Fuller who was born in England in 1580, and came to America on the Mayflower in 1620. He was a Puritan who left England and went to Holland in 1608 due to religious persecution. In the time of Queen Elizabeth -1558 to 1603- the policy was to enforce absolute uniformity in religious belief. King James l, who succeeded her was also intolerant in religious matters. Several Fullers came from England to America later, in 1638. He was one of the very early settlers to America. This book gives several generations of descendants up to 1908 as well as an index of Fuller s and others named. It also includes a supplement to the Edward Fuller genealogy.
