This Grant Family Magazine, supplement to the Grant Family History, is for the year February, 1900 to December 1901. It gives an account of the ancient ancestry and history of the descendants of Matthew Grant of Windsor, CT, for eleven generations, from 1601-1898. In this line we have General Ulysses S. Grant, the Grant homestead, and the early history of the town of Windsor, Connecticut, showing the families whose pioneer ancestors assisted in the founding of the colony. One of these pioneers being Matthew Grant and his wife Priscilla, who came to America in 1630.
