This book gives an in depth look at the history, the ancestry and genealogy of Thomas Grover, (1807-1886), of Whitehall, New York and Farmington, Utah. A pioneer to Utah in 1847.  Going back earlier, many of the Grovers were among the early settlers that came from England to New England between 1620-1640. Why did the Pilgrims, Puritans and Quakers, among others, migrate to America? Much of the information prior to 1790 gathered by the author was local research in New England, especially Massachusetts.
