The Diaries of Dr. Hill (Hill Family Genealogy of Killingly, Connecticut). The ledger was used to record visits, fees, and payments. His first patient was Mr Collins who was charged three cents for opium on April 24, 1851. Benoni Colvin has the first recorded tooth extraction on May 28, 1851 at a cost of twenty-five cents. Notations from 1862 to 1863 are birth and death records. Records are seen to 1895.
