A genealogy of the Hobart family from 1632 to 1912. It begins with Edmund Hobart, who was born in Hingham, Norfolk County, England, in 1574, and who in 1633, at age 60, being of Puritan faith, came to America for religious freedom. He died at Hingham, Mass in March 1648. From him was descended Amos Hobart, Joshua Hobart and to the author, Edwin
