The Holbrook Family name is seen early in England. Their coming to America happened in the early stage of colonization as they are seen residing in Massachusetts. These are the Holbrooks and Cummings families, their coat of arms, history, and genealogy. William Holbrook is first mentioned in England, born about 1560-, perhaps the son of Thomas and Constans (Thayer).
