Presented in this book is the history and genealogy of the Gill Family, taking a look at John Gill, who as a lad lived with and learned from an old Irish weaver. It is told that he slyly slipped aboard a vessel just ready to sail to America and kept himself concealed until partial passage in the Atlantic ocean.  About 1748 he married Miss Duncan, a Scotch lady. They settled in what was then a colony of New Jersey.  We see also, the history of the Malone family. (Softcover)
