This short booklet is a supplement to records of the Griswold, Crane, Paddock, Howes, Smith and Russell Families. A historic collection on these families show their lineage. A biographical sketch is given on Fanny Crosby, the blind poetess and famed hymn writer. She was grand daughter of Mary Crane and Nathaniel Paddock and great grand daughter of Col. Thaddeus Crane and Sarah Paddock. Both her and her husband were blind, they met at a school for blind and were married in 1858.
