This publication gives a description of the Hibbs family Coat of Arms, a historical sketch of the family, and the Hibbs genealogy descended from William Hibbs Sr (1630-1686) and Joane then William Hibbs Jr., and Hannah Houl. He came to America in 1677 at the age of twelve. He lived in New Jersey and Penna. They had Joseph Hibbs, born 1688. After Williams death Hannah married Henry English in 1712. There were five William Hibbs in the line, William the 5th married Mary Creates.
