Throughout his life, Henry was deeply involved in his community, serving as a Scoutmaster and participating in local parades. He married Lettie, and together they had nine children, fostering a family that would continue to grow and thrive. His commitment to service extended to various church positions, reflecting his dedication to both his faith and his community.

Henry Beckstead passed away on February 20, 1948, leaving a legacy that included sixty-four grandchildren. His life was marked by a strong sense of family, community involvement, and unwavering faith, which influenced many generations to come. His story is a testament to the impact one individual can have on their family and community.
